Details of CNC Angle Steel Production Line

High drilling efficiency

The drilling unit is equipped with six sets of CNC drilling power heads, and there are three sets on each of the two wings of the angle steel. Drilling power heads on both sides can drill at the same time. The drill is made of carbide, and the servo motor drives the feed of the CNC drilling power head. The cutting speed of the drill can reach 200m/min, and the feed speed is fast. The hole diameter tolerance is less than 0.1mm, the hole finish Ra is less than 6.3μm, and the hole processing quality is high.

Precision spindle

The drilling spindle is equipped with disc spring automatic tool broaching mechanism, hydraulic cylinder releases the tool, and it is very convenient to replace the tool holder. The front end of the spindle adopts labyrinth protection, waterproof design and is equipped with an air curtain device to ensure that the cutting fluid does not enter the interior of the spindle.

The cooling of the drill bit adopts the most advanced MQL (MinimalQuantities of Lubricant, MQL) cooling system in the world.

The consumption of lubricating oil is very low, the use cost is low, and the cooling and lubricating effect is remarkable, which ensures the tool life and further improves the hole processing quality.

Using vegetable oil-based products, no irritating odor, poison and side effects, and fully vaporized during processing, almost no residue, no oil leakage, liquid accumulation, ground pollution, abnormal smell, etc. around the machine tool, which is conducive to the on-site management of 5S.

Equipped with automatic feeding device (transverse feeding channel and rotating feeding rack), automatic unloading device and automatic feeding device, all the holes and marks on the angle steel can be processed through the production line at one time, and no manual labor is required during the processing. Auxiliary, can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
